    490 downloads

Unpack the archive and put the exe in \Octopath_Traveler\Binaries\Win64\ within the game folder, replacing the original. Launch the game and make sure your 21:9 resolution is selected. Tested with the latest Steam version, at 2560x1080.
  4. Version 1.0.2

    107 downloads

The patchers remove pillarboxing from the game at 21:9, 32:9 and 48:9, resulting in more horizontal FOV. Some of the in-game images and cutscenes do not appear to be wide enough to fully fill the screen, but the main cutscenes, menu and gameplay become free of black bars. Unpack the archives using software like PeaZip or 7-Zip and pcgw as the password, then patch \ChildrenOfMorta_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll within the game folder. Tested briefly at 2560x1080 and 5760x1080 in the latest GOG version. You can buy me a coffee here.

    1,242 downloads

I am not the creator of this script. It was posted to the WSGF Discord server by killer-m who is most likely its creator, then improved for narrower resolutions by Brandondorf9999. Install Flawless Widescreen Unpack the archive included here and copy the folders to the main Flawless Widescreen folder in Program Files Launch Flawless Widescreen and make sure the fix is enabled, which will remove the black bars and allow for FOV adjustment through the UI or hotkeys
  6. Version September 2, 2019

    1,276 downloads

The mod removes pillarboxing and adjusts the vertical FOV to match that of 16:9. The pre-rendered cutscenes will be unaffected. Use software like PeaZip or 7-Zip and password pcgw to unpack the applicable archive. For Steam & GOG: Get the patcher, launch it and target \Blairwitch\Binaries\Win64\Blairwitch-Win64-Shipping.exe or Blairwitch-Win64-Shipping-Win7.exe in the main folder. For Xbox Game Pass / Microsoft Store: Get the Game Pass archive, launch the game and follow the tool instructions. *** The mod is best used with DoF off. For higher FOV at 21:9, simply use the 32:9 patcher instead. Tested the Game Pass version at 3440x1440 and 3840x1080. The Steam version was tested by AlRayes. You can buy me a coffee here.
  7. Version 62586_49

    281 downloads

The mod removes pillarboxing from every place but the loading screens and adjusts the game FOV to match the vertical value of 16:9. Download the archive and use the password pcgw to unpack it with software like PeaZip or 7-Zip. Launch the tool and target \Ancestors\Binaries\Win64\Ancestors-Win64-Shipping.exe in the main folder. The game should automatically detect the native monitor resolution. If not, remove %LOCALAPPDATA%\Ancestors\Saved\SaveGames\System.sav and start it again Tested at 2560x1080 with the latest EGS version kindly provided by cheswick of /r/ultrawidemasterrace. You can buy me a coffee here.
  8. Version 62586_49

    410 downloads

Unpack the archive (password is pcgw), then use the trainer to modify the game FOV in real time. Make sure to run the game first to let the program detect it. A game update will likely break the tool's functionality. Tested with the latest EGS version kindly provided by cheswick of /r/ultrawidemasterrace. You can buy me a coffee here.
  9. Version 1.30 or any version

    4,655 downloads

The mod removes all pillarboxing (for ultrawide and multimonitor users) and letterboxing (for regular monitor users). Download the archive and use the password pcgw to unpack it with software like PeaZip or 7-Zip. Launch the tool and target \en_us\client\bin\pc\wwzRetailEgs.exe in the main folder. The solution is essentially approved by the developers that said it won't be bannable, then pinned the message on their official Discord. You can buy me a coffee here.
  10. Version 23186

    59 downloads

The patcher will adjust the game FOV at 21:9 and 32:9 to match the vertical value of 16:9. It can be used to increase FOV at other resolutions as well. Unpack the archive, then use the tool to patch \ZoneUE4\Binaries\Win64\ZoneUE4-Win64-Shipping.exe in the main game folder. Tested with the latest EGS version at 2560x1080 and 3840x1080. You can buy me a coffee here.
  11. Version August 2019

    24 downloads

Abzu supports 21:9 out of the box but somewhat reduces the vertical FOV compared to 16:9. At 48:9, FOV is too small for the game to be playable. The existing solution initially posted to WSGF severely increases the vertical FOV compared to 16:9. Applying one of the patchers included here will match the vertical FOV to 16:9, making each game scene look closer to how it was envisioned by the developers. Unpack the applicable archive, then use the tool to patch \AbzuGame\Binaries\Win64\AbzuGame-Win64-Shipping.exe within the game folder. Tested with the latest Origin version. You can buy me a coffee here.
  12. Version 20190621+

    489 downloads

These patchers created for 2560x1080, 3440x1440, 32:9 and 5:4 resolutions will remove the black bars from the game. Unpack the archive with 7zip or similar software, then only use the patcher matching your resolution to modify the game executable. You can buy me a coffee here.
  13. Version August 2019

    10 downloads

Unpack the archive and use the small patcher to target \TheGuest_Data\mainData within the game folder. This should make every resolution of every aspect ratio from 4:3 to 48:9 available to select from the game options. Tested with the latest Origin version at 2560x1080 and 5760x1080. You can buy me a coffee here.
  14. Version August 2019

    5 downloads

Unpack the archive and put the modified file in \Never_Alone_Data\Managed\ within the main game folder, replacing the original. This should remove the pillarboxing (black bars) from every place. Keep in mind that it also leads to the in-game videos getting vert- (cropped). All of them can be skipped and watched again from the menu at any time, so simply setting the game resolution to 1920x1080 to do so is an option. Tested with the latest Steam version at 2560x1080. You can buy me a coffee here.
  15. Version 1.0.2.100+

    2,356 downloads
