  1. Version v2

    2,494 downloads

Comes with a RAR file, which includes IGI.exe binaries for 5:4, 15:9, 16:9, 16:10, 25:16, 21:9, 32:9 and 48:9 aspect ratios. You still need the original CD inserted or mounted in order to play the game with this fix. Instructions: - Extract the executable that corresponds to the aspect ratio you want to use, to the root game folder, replacing any original files. - Choose a resolution in the game settings that matches the aspect ratio you chose above, and upscale the HUD size of a lower resolution to a higher one using dgVoodoo2. Credits also go to: AuToMaNiAk005 Password: pcgw

Comes with a ChromeEngine2.dll file to fix the FOV in most of the Chrome Engine 2 games. Works in the following games: - Chrome SpecForce (2005) - Terrorist Takedown: War in Colombia (2006) - The Hell in Vietnam (2007) - Sniper: Art of Victory (2007) Password: pcgw Credits go to: jackfuste
  3. Version 1.0

    5 downloads

The game can be run in widescreen by changing the resolution in the StuntMan.cfg file, but this results in a totally stretched image from 4:3. This RAR file fixes that (except HUD and texts), and contains modified SuperStunt.exe files that fix the FOV and aspect ratio for the 2005 racing game Super Stunt Spectacular. The fix supports the following aspect ratios: 16:9, 16:10, 25:16 and 64:27 (basically same as 21:9). 64:27 isn't too recommended, as a large part of the right side of screen in the main menu is covered by black, making menu navigation challenging. Instructions: 1. Extract the file inside the folder that corresponds to your desired aspect ratio to the main game folder, overwriting all original files (make a backup of those first if needed). 2. Set your desired resolution in StuntMan.cfg (<main game folder>/StuntMan.cfg). Credits go to: Automaniak
  4. Version 2.0

    28 downloads

The game can be run in widescreen by changing the resolution in the VideoSettings.scr config file, but this results in stretched HUD and text, and cropped vertical FOV (Vert-). This RAR file fixes both of those, and contains modified code.pak and .scr files that fix the FOV and HUD for the 2006 racing game Xpand Rally Xtreme. The fix supports the following aspect ratios: 5:4, 12:5, 15:9, 16:9, 16:10, 25:16, 43:18 and 64:27 (basically same as 21:9). Instructions: 1. Extract the files inside the folder that corresponds to your desired aspect ratio to the main game folder, overwriting all original files (make a backup of those first if needed). 2. Set your desired resolution in VideoSettings.scr (<main game folder>/Data/VideoSettings.scr). Credits go to: Automaniak
  5. Version 1.0

    78 downloads

The game can be run in widescreen by changing the resolution in the VideoSettings.scr config file, but this results in stretched HUD and text, and cropped vertical FOV (Vert-). This RAR file fixes both of those, and contains modified code.pak and .scr files that fix the FOV and HUD for the 2004 racing game Xpand Rally. 2. The fix supports the following aspect ratios: 5:4, 12:5, 15:9, 16:9, 16:10, 25:16, 43:18 and 64:27 (basically same as 21:9). Instructions: 1. 15 downloads

This RAR file contains modified E-Bike.exe files and a resolution changer executable that fix the FOV and aspect ratio (HOR+) for the 1999 racing game Edgar Torronteras' eXtreme Biker. The fix supports the following aspect ratios: 16:9, 16:10, 21:9. Instructions: 1. Go to the game's graphics settings and set the resolution that matches your chosen aspect ratio, and you're good to go. Issues: - Menus are still stretched. Credits also go to: Automaniak
  10. Version 1.0

    38 downloads

This is a SUWSF patch intended to fix the aspect ratio and FOV for Laura's Happy Adventures (Pentium III version from late 1999), it supports 5:4, 15:9, 16:9, 16:10, 21:9 and 25:16 aspect ratios. Just drag and drop the files from the folder that corresponds to your aspect ratio. You will need dgVoodoo2 as well to run the game on modern Windows versions, as it doesn't start without it. Issues: - Objects keep disappearing in the sides when moving the camera around beyond the 4:3 safe area, but that will hopefully be fixed in the future. Credits also go to: czarman Password: pcgw
  11. Version 1.0

    130 downloads

This RAR file contains modified Engine.dll files that fix the FOV and aspect ratio without having to change FOV or resolution ingame or through config files. Supports the following aspect ratios: 16:9, 16:10, 21:9, 32:9, 48:9. This fixes both the camera and weapon FOVs, unlike the FOV workaround through User.ini, which only fixes the camera FOV. Instructions: 1. Extract the Engine.dll that corresponds to your aspect ratio and put it inside the "System" folder, replacing the original file. 2. You need dgVoodoo2 as well (I won't explain here how to set it up, I'll assume you already know it). 3. Inside dgVoodoo2, set the "Scaling mode" in the General tab to "Stretched" and set your native resolution in the "DirectX" tab (The in-game resolution has to be in 4:3, don't change it in RM.ini). 4. You're good to go. Issues: - HUD and menus are stretched. Password: pcgw

Instructions: - Extract the exes from the folder that matches your current aspect ratio. - For OpenGL and Direct3D, select a resolution ingame that matches your native resolution. For Glide, force the native resolution from a wrapper like nGlide or dgVoodoo2. Credits go to: Automaniak

  24. Version v1.2

    245 downloads

This RAR file contains a modified Mech3.exe, which fixes the lack of the HiRes Patch's support for wider aspect ratios and higher FOV (Hor+) for a perfect experience, since the HiRes Patch just adds support for higher resolutions but keeps the game's internal aspect ratio at 4:3, which obviously looks stretched and not correct. Game has to be updated to version 1.2 before replacing the exe. Supported aspect ratios: 15:9, 16:9, 16:10, 25:16, 32:9, 48:9, 64:27 Instructions: 1. If your aspect ratio is 16:9 or 16:10, download the HiRes Patch from here and also the Widescreen Fix. If it's different from 16:9 and 16:10, just use the Widescreen Fix and force a resolution in dgVoodoo2 that has the same aspect ratio you chose. 2. Extract the HiRes Patch files from your chosen aspect ratio to the main game folder first and then extract the equivalent file of the Widescreen Fix, overwriting Mech3.exe from the Hi-Res Patch. 3. For 1440p or higher, a DirectX wrapper like dgVoodoo2 is needed. To force a higher resolution than what the HiRes Patch allows, choose a resolution in the game launcher that matches your aspect ratio (lowest as possible is better), and then choose 4K in dgVoodoo2's DirectX tab. 4. Launch the game from the HiRes Patch's launcher, choosing a resolution inside it. Known issues: - Neither Widescreen Fix or HiRes Patch fix the HUD size for aspect ratios other than 16:9 or 16:10, so they will be stretched. It will be fixed in a near future. - No support for Pirate's Moon expansion yet. Credits also go to: Automaniak

Instructions: - Extract the executable that corresponds to the aspect ratio you want to use, to the root game folder, replacing any original files. - Use dgVoodoo to force a resolution that matches the aspect ratio you chose from the fix.
