SimCity 2000 Network Edition Interoperability Patch

This patch by MrRong on reddit fixes issues running the SimCity 2000 Network Edition on modern versions of Windows.
This patch is for the Network Edition only; for other Windows 95 editions use the SimCity 2000 Windows 7 patch.

SimCity 2000 compatibility patch

Patched executable to fix city saving/loading crashes in the Windows 95 version of SimCity 2000 on modern versions of Windows.
Extract to the installation folder, replacing the existing file when prompted.
This patch does not work for the Network Edition; use the SimCity 2000 Network Edition Interoperability Patch for that version.
This patched executable was made using a patch posted by MRC on Simcity 2000 on W7 x64 - Page 2 - Windows 7 Help Forums.

I figured this is in fact an original game bug but I just thought I'd mention it here in case anyone would know or take time to fix it, given the nature of "fix" mods. For some reason though, there are no dump files being made whenever the game crashes in the minidump folder, even though it's all enabled in the ini. Regardless, thank you again for your hard work on this game changer of a mod. -
It's probably an original game bug and I don't usually spend much time trying to fix those. You can check if these are any files in the "METAL GEAR RISING REVENGEANCE_Minidumps" folder and upload the newest one if there is. -

You have to use dgVoodoo2, because old Direct3D versions have a low resolution limit 😉 -
@AlphaYellow The Fix as always works perfectly. However, this Game somehow crashes when i choose my native Resolution in the Launcher. Only 1600x1200 works. Don´t know why that is thou, i have this problem with a lot of older Games. They usually won´t support such a high resolution (3840x1600). -
