This is Squ1zZy's Rainbow Six: Vegas Resolution Patcher. This tool will allow the game to be rendered in most widescreen resolutions.
Instructions (taken from the README file):
Place the patcher in the following folder:C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\Ubisoft\R6Vegas
Open the patcher and select the resolution you want the game to run in.
Press "Patch".
An edited R6GameConfig.bin file with the new resolution will be created. Note that the tool will make a backup of the original file (called R6GameConfig.bak) before patching it.
To revert back to the original config file, delete the R6GameConfig.bin file and change the extension of the backup file from .bak to .bin

When you say Maximized Windowed Mode, do you mean "Fullscreen Windowed"? I downloaded the files to play this at 5120x1440 so I used these as the offsets: 5120x1440 === 32:9 === 0.494 === 0.52 My problem is that my UI is being stretched per the screenshot (using the Castlevania DLC on Steam btw). This is in Fullscreen Windowed mode: And this is in Windowed mode maximized (it loses the widescreen effect): I did notice that the file "nvapi64.dll" doesn't see -

Remove the "#" before "SaveLocation". -
No crashing in my testing of Halo 2 just now. Using the anti-cheat disabled version for the testing, MS store game version. -
Sadly this isn't working. I launch the game, then open the tool (which I've put on my AV exclusion list), hit F5 (for halo 2), the game crashes.
