Doesn't work. I've added both files to root folder, added dinput8 from asi loader, added winmm.dll too, set 2560*1080 with fov factor 1.2 - game continues to work in default 800*600. Tried on Steam version -
First, thank you for this patch! I've been playing with v1 of your patch for years. That said, I've been having trouble with getting this patch to load successfully in some cases. I think it has something to do with the location, or with some metadata that Windows has attached to the location. For example, I have a working installation in "C:\Games\COD2". I can tell that the patch is working fine by e.g. enabling WindowedMode or NoStartupBlackscreen. I copy-paste that working folder to

I figured this is in fact an original game bug but I just thought I'd mention it here in case anyone would know or take time to fix it, given the nature of "fix" mods. For some reason though, there are no dump files being made whenever the game crashes in the minidump folder, even though it's all enabled in the ini. Regardless, thank you again for your hard work on this game changer of a mod. -
It's probably an original game bug and I don't usually spend much time trying to fix those. You can check if these are any files in the "METAL GEAR RISING REVENGEANCE_Minidumps" folder and upload the newest one if there is.
