Ni no Kuni ultrawide scripts for Flawless Widescreen

doesnt seem to be working for me

All the UI is widened, like the subtitles and the art of dialogues.
Is there any way to fix it?

Try to switch Window / Full screen to refresh. It worked to me.

Looks like it doesnt work anymore .. someone just tried it out and posted the result on a video of mine

It does not work anymore, would the author be kind enough to update the patch?  Would love to play the game in ultrawide, thank you...I am using 3440*1440 btw

So is there any way into trick this into working or did a game update just completely break it?

it works great. i had to unzip the file and copy the files like plug in into the flawless widescreen folder and it works. Though some of the cut scenes don't do so well
