About This File

This is the latest retail patch for Deus Ex.

Digital distribution versions already include this patch as do some retail re-releases.

What's New in Version version 1.112fm

Released

  • Bug fixes for version 1.112fm:
  • Blocked some cheats related to overriding the local console or root window.
  • Doors opened by buttons in multiplayer work properly now.
  • Opening a door in multiplayer automatically unlocks it, whether opened by
  • button or by lockpicking.
  • Fixed some potential problems with locked double doors in multiplayer.
  • Disabling screenflashes no longer has an effect on multiplayer. Multiplayer
  • always has screenflashes on.
  • The server information window in the join game screen now indicates whether
  • or not a server is password protected.
  • Mousewheel support for remote clients has been fixed to be consistent with
  • mousewheel use for the singleplayer game.
  • If a server is listed as full on the join game screen, you cannot join it.
  • If you refresh the list and the server is no longer listed as full, you can
  • then join.
  • The viewplayer command no longer works in multiplayer games. Mod makers can
  • change this by overriding the CanSpectate function.
  • Looting corpses while carrying no weapons no longer gives you increased ammo
  • counts.
  • The flamethrower was generating log warning messages under certain
  • circumstances. Those have been fixed.
  • Dropping a weapon and then picking it up caused its ammo count to get messed
  • up, causing problems when you tried to restock it with an ammo crate. This
  • has been fixed.
  • LAMs become disabled when the person who placed them leaves the game.
  • You can no longer lean on other players to kill them.
  • Leaning occasionally caused people to rotate wierdly. This has been fixed.
  • Under certain circumstances, the vision augmentation could be broken until
  • you died and respawned. This has been fixed.

The original update patches for DYSNOMIA and DYSNOMIA ExBurst retrieved from 2CCP's defunct website using the Internet Archive and downloading the original files from their (still active) Google Drive links. The included readme file features details about each patch and how to use them to upgrade the original DYSNOMIA (the original Comiket 75 release) to DYSNOMIA ExBurst or to update the latter from a later re-release (e.g. DLsite, the Comiket 77 release). These patches are uploaded for posterity and provided as-is.

Mortyr 2: For Ever patch 1.352

It fixes a rare issue in Windows XP SP2 ("flying up" when the game starts) and some other minor problems. Patch works with the following language versions: English, German, French and Polish. Other language versions are already updated to v1.352.

Taken from the official website (archived).

This is the v1.06 update patch for the original Armored Hunter GUNHOUND (not EX) for those that have gotten a hold of the original CD-ROM or DLsite releases of the game. The zip archive simply contains a new executable with the updates and fixes. Just extract the new executable and overwrite the original when prompt. This file was pulled from Dracue Software's shut down official game website via Wayback Machine and being uploaded as-is here for posterity.

The Steam version of FlatOut is the v1.0 version. This is the v1.1 patch for FlatOut that works with the Steam release. GOG is already patched to v1.1, and does not need this patch.
Originally posted by Clya900, the patch was missing 2 files are now included in this download, patch1.bfs, and patch.ini. Without these files, the game would fail to load, and shows a Runtime error. The game now has been tested on the Steam version, and works perfectly fine.
