unofficial fixes originally made for running Batman: Arkham Knight on GPD Win UMPC but also works on system with Intel GPU recent enough for the game.

Drop the 'dxgi.dll' file into the game installation's "Binaries/Win64" folder. Archive also includes Batman Tweak, though it is not needed for proper operation.
