Using PhantomGamer's SUWSF this mods allows to apply FOV correction to your resolution's aspect ratio, without dealing with hexadecimal editors and without tinkering with the exe file. Check the wiki or the included "How To" file inside the mod to use it.

These files were retrieved through using the Archive.org's Wayback Machine around the time of March 2015. Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are included, however, the software driver for Windows XP 64-bit (not Service Pack 2) is v1.1 whereas the others are v1.2. PDF manuals are also included.

Brilliant Digital Entertainment - Digital Projector [1999]

This is the Digital Projector that shipped with "The Multipath Adventures of Superman: Menace of Metallo" in 1999.
It is the newest version I could find, it supports resolutions up to 1024x768 and, at least on my computer,
did not have rendering errors like the older versions when using 3D hardware acceleration for rendering.
* Fixes rendering issues on Gravity Angels [1998].

Backup the original files (projector.exe, resource.bhf, resource.map)
in case there are any issues with this version.
Extract the archive and copy the new files to the game installation folder.

Windows 11 update KB5064081 (August 29, 2025 Preview) have broken FMV playback in Silent Hill 4, they play corrupted. -
I mean, I wouldn't have mentioned it if it didn't work perfectly for me 🙂 Yeah the real fps have to be multiples, not the fake ones 😉 -
I don't think so because i use a lot of games with it and it works perfectly only in this game it does that . It has to match or be a multiple for my case with the 60 hz patch it's eather 60 or 120 fps .sorry to repeat myself at 75hz the 60hz patch doesnt work even if i limit at 60 fps and do 1.25 with LS . I will stick to 60 hz and 60 fps it's smooth enough -
You might be using LS wrong, it has to be set up correctly. And no, it doesn't have to match RR

i don't know why but the game is like in slow motion with LS . And with the fix your monitor refresh rate must match the fps in game . When i limit the fps at 60 without changing the refeshrate of the monitor at 60 and stay at 75hz the jiggerness come back so LS is useless in my case .
