ALT-TAB FREEZE : I fixed it!. Install RiverTuner Statistics Server, add Silent hill 4, set Framerate limit to 30. Keep the program in background, problem fixed. -

My pc is still freezing after i alt tab, i tried dxwnd, windowed, lowering hz, your fix, nothing. Still freezes. -

Update 20250812 - Updated: winmm dll proxy (should now also work where it didn’t work before) - Removed: Alternative dbghelp dll proxy (not working by default) - Fixed: typo Thanks @psxmichafor feedback and testing! -
