SimCity 3000 compatibility fixes

Hi, thank you for fixing the lag of the menu. But I would like to know: what did you exactly do to fix it (apart from 16bit color)?

Doesn't work. Manually doing it (after using archive.org to bypass the 404 message) says that the program won't work on Windows 10.

These fixes are pointless, just use dxwrapper with the preconfigured settings in the attachment below

That made it work for win10. Thank you. My saved cities from 2021 look just the same 🙂

This worked for me. I put the four files in my root/game sc3000 folder and it loaded right up. Nothing had to be replaced. No lag, No issues. My old cities from years ago run as they should 🙂 thanks. I actually made an acct here just to say thank you, This is win10 btw. I may update if it works on win11 too; I just wanted to post before forgetting. Already zipped the whole ~300MB working lot and saved to backup
