This is Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri Windows 2000/XP Compatibility Patch v1.03f. It is the latest version available.

 

The patch provides improved compatibility for systems running Windows 2000 or XP (although modern OSes can still benefit from the patch).

 

Note that the game must be patched to v4.0 before installing (v2.0 for the Alien Crossfire expansion). Also, the GOG.com release does not require this patch.
