I attempted to download this patch but Windows Defender flagged it as a trojan. I downloaded it on my phone with the intent to transfer the extracted exe via Google Drive in case it was just the zip file it was flagging, but Google Drive also flagged the exe as a trojan. I'm very curious to know what exactly the file does, my paranoia is that the version hosted on PCGW has been infected without your knowledge. -

Do you mean that the main menu is in 4:3? that is intentionally done to make it look better.
