F.E.A.R. Flashlight shadows mod

What is the difference between the "wide" and standard version? Does this refer to widescreen?

I didn't see an explanation in the readme files.

Very interesting mod. I used to use it a lot in the game. For me, very important lighting in the game. Flashlights I use not only in games but also in life.
