A simple replacement of OMT2.dll to make Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius compatible on modern systems

just extract it on the game's installation folder and play the game.

I didn't do this fix, I just took it from the Speedrunning Discord

Someone please help me. I don't understand what it means to extract this onto the game's installation folder. I really wanna play this game again but don't understand any of this. 

I know how to extract and I installed the game. But I mean like, I have the bin and cue file. I mount the disc, install the game. Then i have files on the disc, that it won't let me edit. What is the installation folder?
