    File to bypass F16C and BMI instructions error message, necessary when launching the version 1.1.1. of Alan Wake 2 through a translation layer through CrossOver or Whisky on a Mac.
    Instructions:
    Download the file and extract (password: pcgw) Navigate to Alan Wake 2 game folder Rename original AlanWake2.exe to AlanWake2_orig.exe Copy AlanWake2_F16C&BMIPatch_1.1.1.exe and rename to AlanWake2.exe Launch game If someone has a bug with faces it's because you didn't rename the patched file to the original game name.

    Instructions:
    Download the file and extract (password: pcgw) Navigate to Steam install of Ghost of Tsushima (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR'S CUT) Rename original GhostOfTsushima.exe to GhostOfTsushima_orig.exe Copy GhostOfTsushima_F16Patch_1053.7.809.1937.exe and rename to GhostOfTsushima.exe Launch game If someone has a bug with faces it's because you didn't rename the patched file to the original game name.

  4. God of War 1.0.1 with Windows 10 and D3D_FEATURE_LEVEL_11_1 patched out

    God of War patch 1.0.12 broke functionality for the game on Apple Silicon Macs with CrossOver.
    This replacement patched exe provided by CyberEnchanter is the same as version 1.0,1.
    Download this exe and replace the 1.0.1 GoW.exe within the CrossOver Steam bottle in order to use this file.

  5. MoltenVK modified with DXVK patches for macOS: libMoltenVK.dylib

    **Disclaimer: ADVANCED USERS ONLY** - manually updating CrossOver comes at your own risk and may make it harder to get support from CodeWeavers** please see this thread on the CodeWeavers Forum.
    This is MoltenVK 1.1.9 modified by user NullPointerEx22 taking the most recent version of MoltenVK and applying patches originally adapted by Gcenx. Many thanks to the Khronos Group and Gcenx for the specific macOS fixes.
    Instructions on how to use updated MoltenVK and DXVK on CrossOver can be found on the main CrossOver article.

  6. Origin install script for CrossOver

    Updateing instructions on how to use this file: https://www.applegamingwiki.com/wiki/CrossOver
    Password to the zip file is pcgw
    1) Create a new Windows 7 x64 bit bottle in CrossOver called 'Origin'
    2) Click Install a Windows Application and install Origin
    3) In the Origin installer set the path to the C:\Origin\ folder (do not press install yet)
    4) Download the script into the /Application Support/CrossOver/ folder 
    5) Run the script by opening Terminal and navigating to /Application Support/CrossOver/ and starting the CrossOver_Origin.sh script
    6) Whilst the script is running, complete the Origin install
    7) This script must be re-run whenever Origin requires an update
