No, not unless the game in questions is rendered unplayable without. People looking to unlock DLCs for free or otherwise for example in the event of being taken off the market or as part of a pre-order bonus should look elsewhere. It's questionable legality, so the safest option is to not support it. Anywhere this is included should be removed.
