BTW found a fix , just use CheatEngine latest version , choose the pes 2004 exe file , enable "Enable speedHack" and lower it as much as you want

The only thing I found to work was to own the actual Ultimate Edition, and not the base game + season pass.  Install sizes are different between the two.  So for me, the only thing that worked was removing the base game from my account and re-purchasing Ultimate Edition.  It was ~8 USD during a recent sale and likely around the same during the upcoming winter sale.

have you figure out a solution for this so far ?
