I tried everything: changing the compatibility and game settings, the DX version, DXVK, and DgVoodoo; deleting the Nvidia profile for the game; and running on only one core.

Tried both GoG and Steam version. 3080 and 581.57 drivers.

Your settings need to be exactly like this for the game to work properly.
