Removing GameSave Manager from the cloud table

I'm not sure what the official name for the Xbox cloud service is (probably just Xbox Cloud or something). I'll have to look into that.

​All GameSave Manager uses on existing pages should now be sorted.

​BTW GSM is still included in the Cloud shortcut template while editing.

 
Thanks for spotting that, ​I've fixed it now (you might have to refresh MediaWiki:Common.js on your end to see the change).
