This is the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Patch v1.6. The latest patch release is v1.7.
There are two versions of the patch available: Retail and Direct2Drive (D2D).
Note that the game requires this patch before upgrading to v1.7.

Released
- New maps Creek, Chinatown, Broadcast, and Killhouse.
- Hardcore and oldschool server browser filters.
- Fix for a Denial of Service attack.
- Includes all the changes up to patch 1.5.
