Quick selection of graphics mods for GTA 3 to the 4.

Hi guys, I just got a new and strong PC after years of console gaming and I'd love to once more play all the GTA games from the 3 on (probably through Steam).
I've seen a lot of mods for them on the web but I have to admit that I'm confused by the quantity!

Can someone advice me a selection of nice ones, knowing that I don't want to change those games, just play them in the best graphic quality I can.

I will most likely get it on steam Mirh, I'll tell you as soon as I get it.
For the moment, I have to play the IV and I'm waiting for the sales because I find the price of those "old" games as bit too much.
