Any easy way to convert existing JPG image to PNG?

There are some JPG images with awful white rectangle around them (sometimes even with artifacts) and I'd like to make them transparent, but removing the JPG and adding PNG again seems like too much trouble.

Any easy way? Moving pages maybe?

You need to upload a png file and mark the old jpg for deletion (with the {{Delete}} template).

Yeah I knew about this, but wanted to make sure I'm not doing it the complicated way for no reason. Guess I'll stick to it for now :)
