About This File
In case you cannot use the patcher to update the game, you can download and use this registry fix.
After using the fix, open the patcher again and it will show the ability to start the update as long as the dmc3se.exe is v1.2 below.

Released
Discarded the .reg files and switched on using .bat files which is much easier.
Extract the files inside the DMC3SE folder then run the corresponding .bat file to your system.
