I have Arcade Classics Anniversary Collection and the game won't start while offline. Either in Steam offline mode, or when I experience connectivity issues. My internet isn't the greatest...

Online DRM isn't listed in the system requirements on Steam, so I'd like to clarify the details of this before adding it to the article.
