Twitter user @JackoMako51 has found mentions of "RDR2_PC_Accomplishments" and other mentioned of Red Dead Redemption 2 in the code as part of the Rockstar Games Social Club, see this tweet:

No one is really surprised that Red Dead Redemption 2 is being ported to PC, given that Grand Theft Auto V is one of the highest selling games on Steam. However we still await to hear exactly which platforms it will be available on and whether Rockstar will follow suit and release on Steam or make the game exclusive to other platforms.
