Anyway, it's not like you couldn't spend a bit more time here describing your problem. If it crash there may be a lot of reasons. Drivers.. other programs tampering.. Also that report is for broken files e.g. corrupted ones, not for stuff that doesn't work with certain scenarios. So now the file is reported as broken, even though it isn't. But if OP are still having problems, I would suggest trying that particular file as it contains modified version of dinput8.dll, so if the problem was e.g. antivirus software preventing the file from executing that should fix it.
