    Xbox 360 Controller mod for Mass Effect 3 by Gets Shot and Ichigo-16 from the BioWare forums. Download and extract into the following folder, replacing existing files: Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole According to Ichigo-16, "The only buttons working are A, B, X, both triggers and joysticks are functioning. The mouse is still required in menus and conversations. Just use xpadder or pinnacle to map other functions as needed." If you have made other changes to Coalesced.bin you will need to redo them after applying this fix.
