Max Payne sound fix

If you have an error of RasMaker.exe during conversion: The procedure entry point timeGetTime could not be located in dynamic link library rl.dll

right click on RasMaker and set compatibility mode to WIndows 98. The same goes to Sox.exe as the same error will appear.

 

If you're too lazy to wait for the files being converted, here you have ready converted RAS files by this 1.12.1 patch (based on the original English version) packed with 7zip (1.17GB):

Only using lastest DSOAL doesn't fix to me the missing menu/intro audio (effect and voices works, however), but using this utility it have worked (and without using DSOAL too, although it maybe could be useful later to avoid crashes).

I'm using Max Payne Spanish CD version with 1.5 patch in Windows 10.
