Dummy mpeg.dll for Project Freedom (also known as Space Interceptor or Starmageddon 2). This file resolves a crash issue with videos by skipping the video playback. Extract to the installation folder, replacing the existing file when prompted.

 

This fix was made by GMMan and was originally downloaded from Steam Users' Forums.
