cuzbabytonight 4 Share Posted January 29, 2022 I was looking at the pages for some games and I saw this "Zoom platform". Does it have anything to do with the shady Zoom video conferencing software? Reply (Quote)
Aemony 159 Share Posted January 29, 2022 No, it’s a completely separate platform and company. https://www.zoom-platform.com aka Zoom Platform is a digital distribution platform from a company called Jordan Freeman Group that seems to focus on tracking down obscure rights to obscure games or games that are stuck in some IP/trademark limbo. They’re probably the most famous for having the rights to sell the Duke Nukem games due to some agreement or whatever that apparently predates Gearbox’s purchase of that IP. cuzbabytonight 1 Reply (Quote)
cuzbabytonight 4 Author Share Posted January 30, 2022 Thank you, I was wondering if it was a good place to get some games from. Reply (Quote)
Dandelion Sprout 13 Share Posted February 7, 2022 They've also attracted some fame for how Codemasters simply forgot to delist Race Driver: Grid from it when car licences elapsed. Though Google search algorithms have been very cruel against ZOOM Platform. Reply (Quote)
