I was looking at the pages for some games and I saw this "Zoom platform". Does it have anything to do with the shady Zoom video conferencing software?

No, it’s a completely separate platform and company.

https://www.zoom-platform.com aka Zoom Platform is a digital distribution platform from a company called Jordan Freeman Group that seems to focus on tracking down obscure rights to obscure games or games that are stuck in some IP/trademark limbo. They’re probably the most famous for having the rights to sell the Duke Nukem games due to some agreement or whatever that apparently predates Gearbox’s purchase of that IP.

They've also attracted some fame for how Codemasters simply forgot to delist Race Driver: Grid from it when car licences elapsed. Though Google search algorithms have been very cruel against ZOOM Platform.
