64-bit operating system note disappeared after adding custom note

I added a note about webcam usage to Before Your Eyes but this seems to have removed the "A 64-bit operating system is required." note, though it reappears when selecting the macOS tab. Not sure how to solve this.

This is by design since many articles already have that line mentioned already. So to fix it you just need to add the 64-bit bullet manually before your custom bullet.

Thanks. Maybe the bits could be added to the OS version, but that's probably more complicated. I managed to fix the note for this article.
