Our goal is to be the very best resource on the internet for fixing PC games. To do this, we need to attract new members and build up a more active and engaged community. We are looking for someone to help post news regularly and manage our social media channels. This is a paid temporary part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Writing news articles regularly (main responsibility) and forum posts.
• Posting onto social media channels (Twitter, Facebook and others).

Person specification:

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate about PC gaming and have a strong understanding of its news culture.
• Ability to use our CMS (this forum software - IP Board).
• Some experience writing for online publications (desireable).
• A reliable person who is calm, tolerant and patient with others.

Hours:

• Approximately 3-5 hours work spread throughout each week.
• This is a paid temporary part-time position.
• The work is remote and hours are fully flexible and has the potential to expand in the future.
• This job would best suit a person already working as a freelance games journalist or similar position looking to supplement their income, or an amateur writer who loves PC gaming.

• The role is open to straight away. Salary is paid per hours worked, and it set at a fair rate (please enquire for more details).
