Alien Isolation glossy effect

Recommended Posts

I have an issue with Alien Isolation. Well I'm not sure if it's a game bug or the designers made it like that intentionally, but I'd like some help please!

My computer specs are:

Windows 10 64-bit

Intel Core i7 2.60GHz

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 965M 2Gb

Alien Isolation runs perfectly and smoothly with every option set to max by default.

The only problem is that there is a glossy effect that seems unnatural. A green and red gloss, like an inversion of colors and It's everywhere. The walls, the floor...

And apart from that these seems to be a big rectangle in the middle of the screen breaking this gloss, without affecting the rest of the graphics. Also there is a smaller rectangle to the left, just above the health bar.

I have taken some screenshots to see for yourselves.

I've checked gameplay videos in YouTube and the environment seems natural without this glossy effect.

Any idea what causes this? I've tried disabling some effects one by one, but no luck so far.
