Grouch/Rocko's Quest low frame rate fix

This fix corrects low frame rate issues in Grouch/Rocko's Quest when running in fullscreen mode on Windows 8 and later.

 

​NOTE: This fix breaks the opening/ending FMV videos (the videos can be watched outside the game).

​

Extract anywhere and run install.bat to apply the fix.

 

This fix works by applying the following compatibility fixes to Grouch.exe and Rocko.exe:

  • DXPrimaryEmulation -DisableMaxWindowedMode (fixes frame rate isssues)
