This patch unlocks the never-released Heroes and Villains Packs for the PC version of Lego Batman 2.

Apply to GAME.DAT with Xdelta or XdeltaUI. No other modifications are necessary. 

Modifies the internal file COLLECTION.TXT, a copy of the modified version is attached.
