You can force 1080p using dgVoodoo2 tho.

In any hex editor application 

(spidey.cfg) replace 56 05 00 00 00 03 to 80 07 00 00 38 04

Utility for changing resolution with widescreen supports. Many thanks to Hemanshu Shekhar, finally we can play with widescreen.

I also noticed that polygons are drawn with a delay on the edges, apparently this is an optimization that draws first what is in the field of view. It would be great to find this address in the exe.
