Pharoah Widescreen Fix

Please help! I have the game from steam. when I try to replace the .exe I get an error message stating something about not enough building blocks. Any ideas on how to fix this?

exact message is incorrect number of building lines.

Here is the screenshot with the error. I'm using the GOG version of Pharaoh/Cleopatra. The resolution file was 1680x1050. If you click YES or NO the game crashes.

I had the same building model error as in the screenshot but it was fixed when I realised I had the Pharoah + Cleopatra edition of the game which requires its own specific widescreen patch here:
