El Matador FOV and HUD Fix

Strange, but the fixed exe here is caped at 100 fps, unfixed exe on steam is without fpscap
Why ?

Use ReShade 6.1.1 and set 1 for forcewindowed in ReShade.ini (you will have a borderless screen displayed with the refresh rate of your desktop)
