Hello,

Forgive me if this has been asked and answered before, but whenever I beat the game, I get a message at the after getting past the statistics, a message appears saying "Error with saving System Data" and exit the game. The extra options doesn't reappear until I beat it again. I'm using the old save file system for context and got the game from abandonware, I'm on Windows 11. The only mod I'm using this and Audio enhancement mod, I have the entire game files in documents if that does anything.

I've found similar issues from 2008: https://silenthillforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=16879

You need to either run the game as admin or move the game to some other location on your drive. The game can't write the save file where it is currently.

Okay, I ran it as admin and it fixed the issue. Thanks

Hello guys, I just wanted to pass by and ask if anyone knows how to fix or apply a code through the steam006 patch? I know it supposedly says it has been fixed a while ago, but as I am playing for the first time I have run into this issue. I followed the steps both here and on the audio enhancement pack correctly and am running the game on windows xp 2 pack for compatibility and I still don't have ammo. I have also set the fovgameplay to both 0 & 1 as google has said some users have found success and it's stills stuck. Whenever someone sees this please comment down below, I would heavily appreciate this as I want my first run to be as memorable as possible.
