Biohazard 3: Last Escape (Sourcenext) 1.1.0 patch

Hello, I've tried to patch the game but the patch keeps giving me an error after I launch it and click on "OK." I've pasted the patch to the directory of the Biohazard 3 SourceNext folder as well. I would also like to know what this update patch specifically fixes.

Hi, I've extracted the patched files from the installer, so now you can simply drag and drop these patched files into the game's folder and overwrite the old files. I'm not sure exactly what this patch does, since the readme is in Japanese.
