About This File

This fixes the "stretching" in Clive Barker's Undying that occurs when selecting widescreen resolutions in-game.

This is a fix not created by me, I do not claim it's mine and recognition should go to the creators of the actual fix.

I'm simply trying to preserve it, and share it.

      Unpack the archive
      Copy all files to the game folder, binkw32.dll should be replaced
      In the Settings.ini file, you can change the following settings
      Limit = 60
      FPS limiter value
      Unlock = 0
      Value - 1 disables FPS limiter
      To achieve better performance at high FPS, it is better to disable the internal FPS limiter of the game.
      Use Vsync or external FPS limiter to limit FPS.
      This game is designed to work at a constant speed, so you must have a stable FPS, otherwise you will notice a slowdown or acceleration of the game speed.
      Example for 120 FPS with Vsync or external FPS limiter [FPS] Limit = 120 Unlock = 1 Example for 144 FPS with Vsync or external FPS limiter [FPS] Limit = 144 Unlock = 1
      Width = 0
      Height = 0
      This setting can override game's horizontal and vertical resolution
      Example for 1920x1080 resolution [RESOLUTION] Width = 1920 Height = 1080
      ColorCorrection = 1
      Value - 0 disables color correction
      Use this setting to get more natural colors
      ShadowMapSize = 1024
      Increase this value to get better shadows quality
      256 - min value
      8192 - max value
      Lighting = 384
      Increase this value to avoid artifacts in some cases
      256 - the min value
      8192 - the max value

      Replace STGame.exe in the game folder with this fix.  Works for widescreen, ultrawide and mult-monitor.

      Hor+ via a hack.
      Just download the hack attached below and un-zip into your Just Cause folder ... where the JustCause.exe is located
      Now open up the resolution.ini file and change the resolution to the one you desire ...
      Start the game it should run in the chosen resolution ...
      Through the hack the game is Hor+, however the HUD stretches.
      The menu stretches also.
      The Map and PDA screens (as well as the PDA sub-menus) stretch.
      The pre-rendered cut-scenes (including the opening videos) stretch, however all of the in-game cut-scenes minus the intro are Hor+.

      Removes black bars for all resolutions in Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. Developed by jackfuste at WSGF.
      Replace CrashBandicootNSaneTrilogy.exe in the game folder with the fixed one.

      These files are the same cutscenes from the Spider-Man 2002 movie PC game, but stretched to look normal when stretched out by the game on 16:9 screens.
      Just back up your existing movies folder from the game's install folder, and place these .bik files into the movies folder instead. If using the DxWnd+dgVoodoo2 method to fix cutscene distortion, and using a 16:9 aspect ratio, the cutscenes should appear undistorted when you play the game.
