Emulating Keyboard controls with a Mouse?

Since most games can only be played or controlled with only keyboard while mouse controls are limited to menus only (NBA 2K games for example) or no mouse support at all (most PC ports and older games), I wanna know if there's some sort of mod, emu, and tools that controls Keyboard with a Mouse since searching don't help at all and only shows keyboard controlling mouse instead of the other way. I bet new generation PC games these days won't likely stand playing games with only keyboard controls without a mouse.

You’d have to combine various methods to achieve this, in particular “MMO mice” with a ton of buttons and their software that allows you to map keyboard keys to the various buttons on the mouse, as well as third-party solutions like a mouse gesture app that triggers a key press when the mouse performs a certain gesture.

But generally speaking there’s no single all-in-one solution, nor I imagine a particular easy one to use either. The two input devices are so vastly different from each other it’s not easy emulating one with the other.

But looking up MMO mice and mouse gesture tools is a start.

Guess noone developed someting to bind keyboard controls on a mouse, but I hope it'll arrive one day.
