I suppose Sekiro is the title I've spent the most time on that released within that window

Tough call, but for me — "Elden Ring" (2022) takes the top spot.

It hit all the right notes: massive open world, deep lore, challenging but fair combat, and that constant sense of discovery. It felt like every hill or cave had something worth exploring. FromSoftware really outdid themselves — it’s not just a great game, it’s an experience that sticks with you long after the credits roll.

Elden Ring (2022).

It made me not want to quit the PC to go to bed for several weeks in a row. It made me look forward to playing it every day at work and going straight home afterwards to play it, and then play it for all evening until I went to bed.
