Can't post Topic to Mirror's Edge PCGW discussion page

There is an issue with an outdated link, and missing info regarding the need for the Numlock to be on for use of a Numpad bind included in the FOV section, that I have tried to make a topic for, but whenever I click 'add topic', after completing the captcha, nothing happens. No matter how many times I click add topic the topic isn't added. This may be why there have no new topics for Mirror's edge for three years.

I tested adding a topic on the Battlefield 5 discussion section and could on the first try.
