Source code for CS:GO and TF2 have been leaked publicly.

Popular community servers Creators.TF have shut down due to the leak:

Although the source code leaked is from 2017/2018, it is unknown whether this could help hackers develop new cheats for the game, or worse, exploit vulnerabilities and allow remote code execution.

The Source engine is used by many popular games, not just TF2 and CS:GO, but also games like Apex Legends, Titanfall 2, etc. We await to hear word from Valve about what players of those games should do next.
