Removing the Big Picture mention from the Full controller support note

I feel as if it should simply say "All menus can be navigated with a controller" instead. This would make more sense considering that all games can be launched with Big Picture anyway. I never understood what the Full controller support entry was actually for though, I always found it really confusing. Also Big Picture is a Steam only thing, I don't see why it should be mentioned in the input table.

There are some games that can't be launched only with controller such as LA Noire.

It's also based on Steam's own controller support entry.

I still think the mention should be removed, I never even check if I can launch a game through Big Picture, Big Picture could have it's own separate entry but I'm not sure.

If game doesn't require keyboard or mouse to play fully, then it automatically supports big picture, so I guess it's good addition to keep there. 

Though if game requires big picture to be fully controller with controller (outside inviting friend to game which opens steam overlay on steamworks titles) then it should be false. Though haven't bumped into that kind of game yet.
