Dirt 3 Offline GFWL profile FIX

If you have retail copy or other copy that use Games for Windows LIVE game doesn't allow to play offline mode and say that you have to log in to online LIVE account. This ProfileImport solves the problem. Need 1.2 patch.

*This fix is not mine. I don't take responsibility if it doesn't work.

*Tested on retail copy of Dirt 3 GOTY edition with patch 1.2.
