Star Wars Fallen Order Custom .INI Kit

About This File

A simple batch script for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order that creates a "mod" for the game that reads a custom engine .ini file you can put any console/config tweak into and have it read by the game. Originally posted on Reddit.

How to use

  1. Download and extract the .zip file anywhere.
  2. Open pakchunk99-Mods_CustomMod_P\SwGame\Config\DefaultEngine.ini and make necessary changes.
  3. Save changes and run Create Config Pak.bat as administrator.
  4. Copy the new pakchunk99-Mods_CustomMod_P.pak file to <path-to-game>\SwGame\Content\Paks\.

Unfortunately this now causes the game to report a corrupt save file on launch.

I installed the game, setup the custom pak, ran all good. Changed the controls and quit, relaunched and corrupt save without starting the game. Same if I start the game then do it all again.

Removed the custom PAK and repaired game in EA app and it works without any corrupt game report.

I am no longer convinced this mod is the issue. I had tried Fallen Order via PC game pass from Microsoft via their $1 two week offer. The corrupt issue remains.
