Tormented Souls - 60hz/60fps Camera Judder Fix (Updated)

This patch is based on the same methodology as this earlier patch (changing the Fixed Timestep in globalgamemanagers from 100Hz to 60Hz), but updated for the latest version of the game (released August 2022). The rest of this description is taken from that earlier patch. Note that, as of June 8th 2023, the Epic Games Store version of the game appears to be based on an earlier build, and so this patch probably won't work if you've purchased the game from there.

This patch fixes the camera judder for Tormented Souls running at 60hz/60fps

Instructions:

• Download the IPS patch
• Use RomPatcher.js (https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/) or use an IPS patching utility
• For ROM file select "globalgamemanagers" file from \Game Folder\TormentedSouls_Data\
• For Patch file select "Tormented Souls-60FPS_Fix.ips"  
• Click apply and save the "globalgamemanagers.txt" to \Game Folder\TormentedSouls_Data\
• Rename "globalgamemanagers.txt" to "globalgamemanagers" overwriting the original file
